It's pretty good and it keeps temperature for quite some time, only problem we've found is that it will bite you if not level.
I purchased this product to help with a pain in my thigh/hip, it certainly hasn’t cured my problem but with 20-30 mins usage a day it has helped. Good product and would recommend.
I’ve always had a tight neck and upper back so bought this originally to try and get the knots out. This worked a treat and really helped my sore neck. Since it worked on my neck I decided to try it after doing hillwalking one day and I found it really helped with the aches and pains in my legs after a long day of walking. Now I use it regularly on my neck and after some gym sessions if I have any sore muscles. Very well priced and I would say I’ve definitely got my money’s worth on this one.
Initially bought this to see if it would help with tight quads after running (I use a foam roller for hamstrings and calves but struggle to use it effectively on my quads), it works well and is easy to use with varied pressure. My pregnant partner has also been using it on her back after soaking it in hot water and says the heat therapy is particularly soothing. Would definitely recommend.
Bought this product as I suffer from neck and shoulder pain from working on a laptop all day it certainly done the trick. Easy to use didn’t even need to cool or heat it. Would definitely recommend. Nice little bag for storing it as well.
